Why not use Whole Cake Island Luffy, he is 7-A+ in Base in that key. Also, Luffy is Relativistic+ as well, so Speed can be unequalized

If they don't have another tier in common you should make a different battle. Perhaps Zoro vs a Nardo swordsman?

Well, Im referring to the Naruro after he stole Kurama's chakra. The point is letting Naruto shift or use both modes (like he normally does).

After rethinking it, Whole Cake seems best, yes.

What's new with Naruto that makes the previous match outdated exactly? Both share the same tier than the last time except for Luffy getting a slight AP ugrade for G3 that puts him at baseline High 7-A. No new abilities since that was done with WCI Luffy as well.
