I hate that this is a matchup that I can do, but I need something to keep me busy as I try to find AP feats for DRtC.

How skilled is Neco?

She's a bit of a dumbass, but is comparable in skill to skilled magi and a guy with really good albiet unintentional assasination skills.

Well Superman should be more experienced in a lot, neco arc isnt the sharpest mentally to fight. Superman wouldnt go for the kill like that obviously, Superman would blitz since he is Massively FTL+ So its best that you equalize speed for fairness.

So Superman Is Physically Stronger, Faster, Smarter, And Has More Range, and im not sure on these but it seems he also has superior flight mobility, stamina and endurance

Neco scales to high 6c (962 gigatons) so i dont think the match is doable.

Around 3.15c based on a calc that was accepted.
So actually, they are pretty much relative in speed but Neco Arc massively outscales (her AP section was left unchanged for some reason though).
