As someone who knows SC2, I'm more comfortable with calling it quadrillions. 20 Quintillion assumes every animal, including small insects, on the planet. While the Zerg conquer and overrun many planets at once, they are all at or above human size, so calling them quintillions is a stretch.

Amon has shown the feats to suggest he can stretch his mind manip unquantifiably way, way, way higher than just even the Zergs, though.

Plus, it's a shitton of planets. I'm inclined to believe in the quintillions.

Amon probably mindhaxes. Pretty sure the High 6-A Sith/Jedi are only billions/trillions on a planetary scale while Amon is in the quadrillions on an interstellar scale.

Amon does have extreme mind manip, though. A Xel'naga artifact sees matter and consciousness as the same thing. Xel'naga can manipulate matter and energy, and if they see consciousness as the same, that should mean they should be able to meld an unprotected mind in absolutely any way they desire.
