I think this has good potential for a thread. Provided reasons for such in THE thread, but basically, though Peppino probably wins, there are powers/abilites that Hank, Sanford, and Deimos have that could compensate for the speed + ap difference in a 1v1. Mag Hank in particular has electricity manipulation, which Peppino would struggle with due to lacking resistance and electricity removing his possible transformations.
Haven't seen the Doctor Who episode that features them in a long time, but from what I remember aren't they pretty clumsy and have an obvious weakpoint? Feels like it'd be a stomp for Peppino.
Said weakpoint was a small vent on the back of their neck armour, Donna, a relatively smart person, had to be told it was a weakness to realise so (as far as I remember) so I don’t think it’s that easily exploitable for Peppino.
