No limit falacy+ the cat has never been one shotted, Vanessa´s mana pool was drained which is not something his fate powers can prevent because it prevents damage or death, not being exhausted

And it could be argued that it only worked because Lucifero´s aura ignores even fate manipulation, something Orihime lacks completely
