The issue I have is that are the power stars in 64 the same as the ones in Galaxy. In galaxy they seem like an entirely different thing altogether. And for King Boo creating a realm with stars in it, King Boo is considered canonically the master of illusions and in Dark Mansion the location of the boss fight is "The Ultimate Illusion" so can we really say King Boo really is creating these realms or is he being like Itachi?

Can we not derail the thread please? Anyway, I'm fine with Agnaa's proposal about if creation feats are done via the same mystical energy as their attacks and destruction feats, then it's still AP. DT and I already elaborated as far as how the level of the feats are treated.

Yes, DontTalk and I already explained that, and Agnaa mentioned ISL being something that doesn't just apply to explosions. But, there were some details such as creation feats and combat abilities using the same power source being a qualification.
