Raiden downgrade

Heads up a goon pointed out one of the perfect soldier statements for Raiden isn't normal wording like "haha he good" but the actual CIA Fox project with the line linking directly to the project entry (from database, for his cyborg patriot body).

This doesn't give him anything I didn't already have listed but I felt it was important enough to mention unlike random typo or wording fixes and slop as im going to add that as extra justification for info anal slop.

It's beautiful. Masked assumes that the "Over 2,000,000 Volts" for Dystopia is meant to be indented as a subsection under "Magnetism Manipulation"? Masked was momentarily confused since it doesn't say "With Dystopia" like the other abilities.

It was yeah, theres a few lil typos and formating quirks i need to fix but theyre just basic shit like that, already noted a few ill do before publishing.
 
didnt forget btw, playing re9, ill fix typos/tweak and publish it later today now that grace is over, got to add the categories and shit too and dont feel like making 20 edits fixing lil fuckys after publishing
 
We got into some legal trouble a while back with Kill la Kill pages where one of the users used a fanart for one of the images on the page so we had to take it down and replace it with official art. If you're going to use fanart for the page, it's highly preferrable that you get the creator's permission to use it on the wiki.
 
Every piece used either comes from long since dead and deactivated accounts that no longer exist or have been MIA, varying from a few years up to nearly 20 years, or are free use, or from artists who don't have any problem with sharing.
There isn't any art used by any artists that had clear or explicit do not repost or share disclaimers as well there was def a few I came across, anywhere, I even went through multiple platforms and portfolios just to check, and one of them barely even counts as fanart.
Unless someone wants to figure out how to ask an account that hasn't been active in 15 years or whatnot, this is the wrong question to ask.

Not to mention there's a huge difference between rendering and art altercation without crediting being used as the primary header, and crediting for a lil gallery that's basically free advertisement.
Obviously there's also the whole logistics with fair use, fandom's terms and service, rights to various art, and that huge chain as well, but eh.
There was two exceptions though, and I've since removed it after looking into them.

All the same, if a random japanese or korean artist comes back from the dead to go "hey random battle boarding, don't display the funny art", honestly I'd be impressed, but we can comply, just like we'd do with anything else. 3 current active ones were asked tho.

Did the creator of the artwork not get credit and/or give permission for it?
 
@Omnificence Nothing, they were given no credit at all and they demanded we take down the art to use something more official.

@Chariot190 If their accounts are dead then I guess there's nothing we can do to reach out and get permission, just brought this up in case we end up with another issue like last time.

k kill thread, expect more stuff, eventually, some day, idk, raiden isn't done, nobody else is close, we have started work on The Boss/Mantis/Fox because they're way smaller but critical for overall scaling of others.
RE9 or [REDACTED] next though, don't ask when tho, every time someone asks it gets delayed by 3 business days.
