Raizo should've been 9-B because he fell 10 storey into a water which would be lethal to ordinary humans. And it would be yield this much energy.

He also tanked a fall and crashing into a wooden scaffolding, which is demolishing a wooden door, crashing through a window and denting a van roof.

I have adjusted his durability, but just because one stat is 9-B does not make him 9-B over all. You have to average out, and on average without his weapons he is 9-C.

But he can trade blows with other foes who can harm him including the ninjas. He also has Regenerationn but only need to require meditation for that.

Failing from 10 story to water doesn't exactly require Wall level durability because water is much softer than earth. Other feats, excluding crashing into window, are probably 9-B durability ones.

Diving or felling off all away into a water would be lethal to ordinary human beings and they will somewhat died from that.

It is probably lethal because an ordinary human would choke from getting water into airway, not from sheer falling energy.

Falling into a water at several storeys is like hitting a concrete.

People have survived it though. Cliff jumping and extreme diving is a thing, and also people sometimes fail to kill themselves by jumping off bridges.

Besides, stuff can kill regular people at like 10-A and 9-C.

Saying durability is 9-B I do agree with considering he was gutted and stabbed through with swords, but I disagree with debunking the fall with cliff jumping. Cliff jumping and failed suicide are shorter distances and they land on their legs which absorbs the shock and parts the water where as Raizo landed flat on his back which would've ruptured his internal organs.

10 stories is about 120ish feet, expert cliff jumpers only go about 20 meters or 64ish feet.
