"Heaven is also stated to be as big as a universe multiple times. Hell is stated to be even bigger than Heaven, so that would mean it’s as a big as a universe too." is accepted as part of the canon cosmology, which is very evidently incorrect. Two of the three links cited include information from the handbook for Dragon Ball Z: The Anime Adventure Game, which was written without input from Shuiesha, Viz Media, Bird Studio, Toei Animation, or even FUNimation and based upon the Ocean Group dub of the TV anime; the first link includes information exclusive to the original TV anime continuity.

This information is invalid. Therefore, unless further proof is provided, the main canon's Heaven and Hell are no longer to be accepted as universal.

I disagree, it is presented in Akira toriyama's canonical materials, you will have to make a CRT to unmask the entire databook.

It's not just manga saying that, but the databook that is canon, having a Universal size quoted twice, first you will have to refute all canonicity of the databook to disprove the databook.
Databook statements are typically taken on case-by-case basis. One wouldn't need to disprove the entire databook just to disprove one statement.

Oh, and ignoring the continuity of the text in question, in regards to the databooks...
I'd like to point out that the Wiki refuses to accept information from the guidebooks unless said information is vindicated by the source material. For example, Power Levels presented in guidebooks are unusable because said Power Levels are absent from dialogue; the Super Exciting Guide's multipliers of Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 3 are rejected because they are contradicted by on-screen depictions of the forms, the El Manga Legendario's Grade Three multiplier was refused because this information is never brought up by users of the form, and the Daizenshuu 7's logic that "In order to cancel out an opponent's attacks, the user must be twice as powerful" was rejected because this information is never supported by in-universe statements; and descriptions of characters's power (e.g., Daizenshuu 4 stating 23rd Budokai Goku can destroy the Moon) have only been accepted after previous feats from the original story (i.e., Jackie Chan destroying the Moon) were brought into consideration.

But work portrayed as being Universal size and the guide is considered canon for both, I don't see how it will disregard, plus it has been updated by Akira toriyama

it is an entry about the anime, so it is only valid for the anime since it is a information of an entry about the anime, there is 0 reason to use it for the manga
