I don't know much about Rex so It will be better to wait and see what people think of this but for now I would say he out hax Sorey

I'd say Rex, simply because 1: Heldalf's Multi-Continental rating is through hax more or less, so i could argue Sorey's durability doesn't scale from that. And 2: despite the fact that speed is equalized, Rex is still more likely to land a hit first because of Foresight, and seeing as he's harmed people comparable to the Empyrians in power, i think it's likely to assume that Rex could overwhelm Sorey before the latter can overwhelm Rex.
