Scp 682 is one of the most powerful scps in the scp universe and it would take a god or godlike being to kill him and even then they might not surivive as his death will either seriously damage the universe or destroy it complety.Anyway its basically just to see what he is capable of.I don't know enough about either person so i wont vote
