During the events of Volume 5 and 6, Rimuru would evolve into an Awakened Demon Lord, becoming a member of the reformed group of demon lords known as the Octagram or Eight Star Demon Lords. Rimuru rules the entire Great Jura Forest as his territory and becomes known to the world as Demon Lord Rimuru.
