Scout VS Saitama

AP should be somewhat even, given that Saitama scales far above his feat- at best, Scout might have a slight advantage.
But he obliterates Saitama in every other category- LS, Experience, Versatiliy, Range...
This seems kinda stompy IMO, even if Scout would only be granted access to his stock weapons.

Scout stomps.
While Saitama and Scout are even in physical potency, Scout takes each and every category easily. He massively haxrapes with how much hax he has, and the fact he has all of his weapons.
