Scratch Damage exists.

Game Mechanics basically says that scratch damage doesn't work IRL. This is false, creatures in the real world can be harmed by attacks far below their attack potency, and as there's a limit to how long they can keep recovering for, will eventually die. I'm pretty sure it's not talking about the thing as a whole, but that should be reflected.

Isn't like fiction even ignore this rule, there's a bunch of instances of characters clearly weaker than others capable to damage it, it just the damage is pretty small it would take a bunch of attack in order to cause a notable injury (most notable example are small character against giant monsters).
