That makes sense but that feels odd. Since 1-C and stuff comes from transcending beings like YHVH in the first place. Plus even Dagda and Nanashi only outmatch YHVH one route, but then its best to add possibly 1-C keys to Nanashi and Dagda then

We already consider him infinitely above baseline, but this may be higher depending on what you mean.

Well as explained in Lucifer's expsosition Kagutsuchi is supposed to empower the one whose going to recreate the world. And said people get Demonic Sponsors to help them making a new world. Demons like Noah and Baal, the former which should be at least be as strong as Michael. And every one of these should be in each new universe Kagutsuchi makes
