(Okay, hopefully this works unlike that Toriko thread i made earlier)....

Basically, Iwandesu made a calc for Episode 1 Vlitra on it's Physical Strength/Durability as well as it's blast speed. What resulted for Vlitra is that it's physical AP/Durability came out as 1.22 Exatons, or just about the low end of High 6-A by our current chart system. For it's blast speeds, it came out at around 4.63c, or FTL.
Simply put, here's what this scales to based on what Iwandesu said on the calc blog.
AP/Dura: This applies obviously to Vlitra + this would scale to the top tier deities. Particularly Asura's Six Armed Vajra form given that he was able to subdue it back in Episode 1. That and most of the 7 deities can also get this scaling (keyword "most").
Speed: Not many people gets this scaling on this department and may be somewhat pointless as we have them having FTL reactions so....whateve's *shrugs*. Anyways, Asura and Yasha obviously gets this given that on both occassions with Vlitra they dodged and reacted to several of it's blasts. Deus apparently gets this too as he's shown to be able to keep up with both in combat. And Augus likely gets this scaling too as he did fought Deus in the past before and is considered as powerful as Deus.
Though it seems that the AP one only scales to Episode 1 Asura. Weather he got more powerful to where we have him right now (from his 6-armed form and above, not his Vajra form) is kind of an unknown for me. So we may have to make a key for Episode 1 Asura, probably the same for Episode 1 Vlitra as well perhaps. Maybe, idk....
Edit: There's also a speed calc that pretty much solify's him at being Sub-Relativistic+ as well, though it may very well be pointless since 1) It's from the non canon SF DLC (though Chaos Theory over there mentioned that Asura could very well do this in canon given the other crazy feats he's done), and 2) We already have Asura at Sub-Relativistic+.
