Sol and Raven regen Upgrade

As in showed in the Raven's IK https://youtu.be/6uw3LyiRDkY?t=19, Raven was able to rise from a pile of dust, so his regen should be upgraded to Mid-High, and like he stated that the Sol's regen is as high as his own, Sol should have Likely Mid-High regen (to say at least)

Futhermore, is possible that the Raven's IK could negate conventional durability

Doesn't look like Regenerationn. And are you sure it's his ash and not the other guy?

He literally rises from those ashes, it could have been a pile of his enemy and himself's ashes, but that doesn't change the fact that he can regen from dust. Also, the the wikia already said that he can regen from disintegratio
