How does it work?
for ring time: when he turns it on, it makes an aura around him that turns anything around him into rings, tho he doesn't start with it

for time stop: choas control which is thought-based, but doesn't start with that either

If he doesn't start with them then he gets turned to stone via Hancock who does start with Petrification.
 
classic sonic starts by turning into a ball and trying to jump and hit the opponent or using spindash to just ram into u

Sends out a beam that will turn someone completely to stone or multiple projectiles which will turn someone completely to stone if they hit or if she makes physical contact the area hit will turn partially to stone.

Just to clear up:

Hancock: Danmaku, Precognition, Petrification

Sonic: Superior H2H, Time Stop, Statistic Amplification for Speed, Limited Instinctive Reaction

Who leads with AP? Edit: (I dumb. Hedgehog one shots)
 
I trust Sonic can out sped Boa with Statistic Amplification & Momentum Manipulation and can time stop if Boa’s Danmaku and Precognition gets too much for the Hedgehog

Yeah...I can see Sonic using haxxes more readily if he sees a danmaku come his way, especially when he is evasive character , instinctive reactions can help out a bit to extend his time of decision making.

So yeah Sonic mid-high diff....
 
Yeah I'll also vote Sonic FRA.

While he doesn't know what the attacks would do, he won't just stand there and try to avoid them. Seeing a danmaku coming to him would result in Sonic taking the battle very seriously and use his haxes such as Time break to slow down the attacks, statistic amplification to make himself faster, and time stop to stop her in time. His limited instictive reactions can help him too
