Speed Scaling for Post-Flashpoint Characters.

Nah, i don't think there should be any issues here.

I have posted the scans which prove that characters do scale to the Flying Speed of other characters.

Like Darkseid's Omega Beams could tag and hit Superman while he was flying away from them, the same beams Wonder Woman was able to react and block them.

Same with Supergirl vs Wonder Woman, as they could keep up with each other, meaning they should have comparable combat speed/reactions.

Superman and also Wonder woman confirmed wonder woman reaction speed is greater than his.

It would, because the assumption would be that they're travelling max speed in atmosphere with stuff around them vs travelling in the vacuum of space.

Are there is any statements that suggest that characters cannot use their max flying speed while on a planet?

If you have a statement saying just the timeline rather than the entire universe was changed, sure it can be used.

Its not random as much as if a massive in-universe change happens attempting to carry over previous minor lore isn't a valid reason.

Well, in DC Rebirth #1, Wally states the timeline was changed by removing ten years from it and implies that's why the n52 was different from Post Crisis

In Doomsday Clock, Dr. Manhattan also stresses changes to the timeline, but the "metaverse" tries to self correct.
