Also, what's the chance he would actually just behead Subaru with such a move? 2-C tapping a 9-B could obliterate them.

Goku not gonna hit Subaru with 2-C force, he can hold back enough to not knock him out.

Like one time a robber shoot him, he took the bullet, flung at the Guy, and that's just knock him out.

He also not gonna shot a ki blast at Subaru for no reason.

He also experiences intense trauma with each death which can cause him great psychological distress. For this reason, he tends not to rely on "Return by Death", using it only as a last resort.

Because normal Subaru don't really does that. Unless he bloodlust

his starting move is either a nonlethal projectile (like eye lasers) or neck chop

Goku is more than skilled enough to dodge Beako's danmaku and the instant his nonlethal options stop working he just kills people

Goku's senses are enough to tell him that Subaru and Beako are weak af, so the instant either of them survives anything he tries he's just gonna try harder and then they both die

I don't think Subaru would resort to killing himself immediately. He'd only do so if Goku's danger was actually imminent, as in, after Goku's hand is already on his way to his neck, and even then he wouldn't do this in character due to trauma.

Any speed equalized match, in which a major reason a character loses is due to having a disadvantage against some speed value they usually wouldn't have a disadvantage against, may not be added to profiles.

the moment Goku connects he did have the time to bite down quite easily, in fact he did have the time to watch re zero from season 1 to 4, 7 times over and since his reaction speed is equal to it. He did have that amount of time to bite down too.
