First of all, how does the power null work, how does it trigger, and why can't xiaoli develop resistance to it?

Another thing to take into account. 4km appart is not in line of sight. So "looks at you and null" can't happen if she can't look at you.

Her power null can nullify Gods. She nulled Okhwang after all, someone who was both physically superior to her, and had way more power.
How would Xiaoli copy Sujin's power null if she herself is already nulled? The moment the fight starts, as long as she is in Sujin's line of sight, she is nulled.
Edit: Sujin nulled Okhwang from orbit, that argument is invalid.

It says on her profile her null is incomplete against gods.

Well was Okhwang in line of sight there, im gonna assume yes, as it has no reason not to be in line of sight. Line of sight doesn't stop cus of distance it is stopped by obstacles and curvature of the earth.

The description is outdated and inaccurate. Pandora didn't work on Okhwang because even without his powers he was a physical beast and beat everyone with h2h combat. His powers were very much nulled.
She's not a God so the point is moot anyway.
Even with curvature, Sujin can speed amp towards Xiaoli and null her.

First of all...she can only seal borrowed powers. It was stated several time in those 2 chapters alone? Why would that nullify powers that are literally the size of fate being bigger than normal?

She doesn't just seal Borrowed Powers. Uma's transformation wasn't Borrowed Power and her own true form. Keys were made to null the Taboo, a conceptual law that nulls human potential throughout universes.
Sujin always fights knowing that she will probably die and honestly doesn't care. If she's in a fight, all she'll want to do is fight.

Can I get citation on it not being borrowed?
Will probably die doesn't translate to will fight even though she's experiencing her own death in detail. Everyone does the "will fight knowing they may die" ikki vs stella was one of those, not the case against desperados.
