Yuta's precog allows him to see the LITERAL future, and every time he hits the opponent with the technique one extra second is added into the precog. With Tanjiro is just analytical prediction done via analysing the muscle movement of the opponent

Both are complete different. It's like saying that someone who can predict your move by just looking at your stance can cancel out someone who can see the very time flow to know every move

More powerful commands against stronger opps with bigger CE reserves=insane backlash (something I don't think would be applicable here since Tanjiro would only have citizen level Ce but comparable strength).
Sukuna had Ce reserves were equal to Yuta when Yuta used it while amped by his Domain and had even less when that recorder made him not move and toge's throat nearly combusted from just that.

We don't have much information other than this panel and the one with Kamo saying how easy it's for a sorcerer to counter it, that's why I would love to have a bit more lore/explanation over it
