terrarian light speed attack

in terraria there is a weapon which is shown to directly use light to attack: The Last Prism . the evidence is that they come from realistic sources, a prism, which naturally reflects light and the fact that the weapon initialy shots colored lasers that converge in a white laser, which shown that it's using real light as light is made of several colors combined. it's woudn't scale the reactions of the terrarian, as the last prism's lasers seem istantaneus to him

I actually was planning to scale the Terrarian's reactions to it, as the Black Belt allows them to dodge it.
