Izuku can't fight at 100% without breaking his bones, his body will drop after two minutes at most without his opponent needing to do anything.

Every attack will cause him agony and while he can ignore the pain for awhile, his body will give out on him. This man can just dodge attacks until he wins.

Would it be better if I use Final Act deku ?

Final Act Izuku can only be in his Dark Hero Key for obvious reasons.

45% is baseline High 6-C at 100 Gigatons, but can increase his striking strength up to 5x by storing up energy with Fa Jin. 500 Gigatons.

Fa Jin isn't a constant boost it's a single shot deal, though he can store energy in multiple limb to somewhat work around that if needed.

I can't say how that fight would turn out, but it at least wouldn't be a stomp like this.
