I guess either Thanos snaps and The Lich gets killed by the Soul Stone or The Lich says a word and Thanos collapses.

It's more in the Lich's character to use his knockout moves first while not really for thanos (being more playfull and letting poeple fight). Lich uses mind hacks then presseds to takes the infinity gaunlet and kill all life in the univers

Thanos with complete gauntlet will instantly go for the snap, unless there's something getting in his way, I vote for Thanos.

Actually, the gauntlet doesn't have to be 50/50 if the user doesn't want it to, because

Thanos says he could us the Gauntlet to wipe out the entire univere instead of only half, and then create a new one, and when Iron Man uses the Gauntlet, he makes so Thanos' forces, and only Thanos' forces, were reduced to dust.
