Title (kinda) says it all: Whats the most superhuman human you can find?

Rules:

• No tier 8 or above (no longer really superhuman, more like supernatural at this point)

• Must be a human (or at least partially one, but not formerly one)

• any tier 8 or above hax is disallowed

My choice is Mag Hank, guy's previous key could casually tear normal humans in half, and his current form is far stronger than that, on top of being a H2H combat master and being pretty fast

I only have cursory knowlegde on them, but I'd say it's one of these guys:

Master Chief

Alcatraz

Doomguy

Commander Shepard

Without weapons or anything, I'd say these guys are at top.

Chinmi (Street level with normal attacks, Wall level with his chi-powered attacks) from Ironfist Chinmi / Tekken Chinmi / Kungfu Boy manga, a Chinese martial arts practitioner, a heavily trained and experienced normal human. Speed: At least Superhuman, likely Subsonic (a much weaker character's attack can be faster than normal human eyes)

He managed to defeat Small Building / Building level opponents (albeit with extreme difficulty) with his quick-witted and agile nature, and has a Durability Negation and a semi-One Hit Kill techniques as his last resort.
