This Power scaling system has a lot of flaws.

Honestly, let us take a character X. X is the final antagonist of an anime. NOW let us take a character Y who is the protagonist. X has an extremely powerful energy attack that can, let's say, universe level, and he is physically, say, mountain level.
Now here is the deal. Just because Y can fight X physically and defeat him DOES NOT MEAN Y is universe level. X did not use his universe level attack on Y, maybe because of the author BS. Y has never shown to be able to bust a universe.
You see where i am getting at? Without proof or statement that y has more raw power then x, y should NOT be universe level, unless y himself has a universe level attack.

Can you show us any examples? Because I'm pretty sure unless Character Y tanks the universe busting attack, he wouldn't be universal.

i simply think this should be added to power scaling.
Let's see, why is akame 6-B despite never having destroyed countries herself? I know esdeath can freeze continents OVERTIME but akame only physically matched her.
By statemnt s and scaling

If A has been stated to be able to destroy xyz and it remains consistent and then B defeats him etc. He scales above taht

If A destroys XYZ physically and B defeats him physically , then A=B. If A destroys XYZ with ability or hax and B defeats A physically then A=\=B.

Also, in XC2, Mythra controls a machine called Siren , which is a device THAT can destroy continents if fired at full power. Jin matching mythra and holding back a siren blast with hax does not qualify him for 6-A. He should be able to directly struggle with siren's blast if he gets into 6-A.

I think you're misunderstanding our scaling rules. The situation you described in the OP wouldn't result in character X being treated as universal level.

Unless character Y's "universal destruction energy beam" is their normal energy attacks which they use in an everyday battle, or if character X tanked character Y's universe busting energy beam and then character Y was able to hurt X with their punches. Only then either of them would be considered universal.

I don't really have the scans, since I don't watch the show =p

Though, you can go ahead and ask the knowledgeable members, I'm sure they have it.
