That's kinda odd considering that its P&A don't start with Superhuman Physical Characteristics and how its AP starts giving Frisk a condition to have its first stat. I could probably also make Timmy's tier and AP start with anything above Below Average Human "with minimal Toonforce" but it would obviously be inaccurate.

Via scaling to Frisk, "Superior to Napstablook" aims to make others believe in the possibility of his insane feat being legit, which was rejected multiple times. This is very misleading and unnecessary.
