VeneficaAuthor's Country Class Tourney Thread (Low 6-B, 6-B, and High 6-B allowed) (3/16)

Welcome back everyone! This will be the squeal to my previous tourney, where Asuna Kamaura was the winner. Not sure if a 6-B tourney has been done for fc/oc before, but even if it has, I doubt it's been one like this! So, as the tourney's title implies, this is a Country Class tourney, meaning that any character whose AP value falls into the country-level spectrum will be allowed for submission. The Hax restriction will be very similar to my previous tourney, however, due to the generally higher tiers here (higher tiers often equating to more powers/hax) there is more leeway and I'm more willing to accept something that would be walled off in the other tourney. That being said, they are still kinda strict, but what's really a lot more strict will be the way submissions are reviewed. I'll ask more questions (if I feel questions are necessary) and I won't allow someone in until I know for a fact that they aren't some extreme outlier like Accelerator turned out to be (even though it went unnoticed for most of the tourney, I still find it horrible that his tier 1 vectors slipped by somehow). High 6-B characters will also be on the hook for certain abilities moreso than a Low 6-B would be due to the sheer power difference.

Another key thing here, abilities which allow someone to surpass High 6-B will not be allowed. Durability negation is allowed to an appropriate extent, but things such as accelerated development or reactive evolution which could get someone to 6-A will just result in the character being disallowed. This includes any equipment which could do the same. Optional equipment able to be restricted will not result in an auto-ban, however.

There will be an additional loser's bracket as well, just like with the tier 7 tourney.

Ground Rules:

Characters who reach Tier Low 6-B, 6-B, and High 6-B are allowed to participate in this tournament. But there are a few rules to determine the hax levels these characters are allowed to have, including:
  1. No time hax, plot hax, fate hax, or any similar power which can completely override a battle.
  2. Regeneration is allowed to range from Low to High-Mid, no higher is permitted.
Character's with little/no matches are preferred, but by no means is it required. This is to prevent characters who have faced each other from a rematch.

I also expect that any question I ask be answered honestly, and attempts to get around the rules will result in being DQ'd, unless there are genuine misunderstandings.
  • Optional equipment is restricted unless specified.
  • The People Fighting start 100 Meters away from each other.
  • You get to only submit 2 characters at Max.
  • Vs Battles Characters aren't encouraged, but will be accepted if there is waning participation.
  • Any ability surpassing High 6-B is completely restricted.
  • All matches have Speed Equalized.
  • All matches take place in an endless, empty, flat plain. Zero environmental advantages.
  • Only submit profiles that will not be subject to any substantial updates in the near future.
  • No updating the abilities in profiles during the tourney's runtime.
  • Hax will be judged on a case by case basis.
I'm also opening to adding or altering the current rules to make the tourney as optimal as possible. Good luck and have fun!

ALL FIGHTERS:
  1. The Duck (SS) (High 6-B)
  2. Stickman Hero (Early Era) (6-B)
  3. Toby (Sonic EXE vs Rainbow) (High 6-B)
  4. Reserved (Froggy)
  5. Reserved (Froggy)
  6. Reserved (Rakih)
  7. Reserved (Rayfire)
  8. Reserved (Javen)
  9. Reversed (Spinoirr)

Can’t really look right now because I’m gearing up for hockey but is this a serious statement? Lol
They have decent hax like durability negations and precognition but nothing that should stomp the tournament. Plus both are primarily melee range. Though I wonder if Black Star’s Class Z LS is fine. He’s not too heavy on grappling but he did throw the moon’s tooth. Also Deku does have multiple ways to boost his speed which are the things that get him from 6-B to High 6-B.

End of Adventures keys with SMH's Nightmare form restricted. Both are 68.90 Teratons of TNT, with Stickman Hero reaching 137.81 Teratons with Flame Body.

I don’t even need to look to know that I really don’t think Eric can be allowed
