Speed Equalized.

Each have all of their tools at this point in time and DMC Vergil will have all of his skills he previously had.

Beggining of the Story Vergil (7-B) vs. Devil May Cry Vergil (High 7-C)

DMC Vergil knows of all of DMW Vergil's abilities and what they can do and has 3 days Prep time.

Battle takes place on a random island.

If this is unfair, I can give DMC Vergil more options.
