Videl has the battleground advantage with Flight but Kim is at least 3x faster than Videl. Videl can fly up and take distances but this wouldn't led her to victory since she doesn't control Ki Blast or any long-ranged attack. In h2h Kim would take the edge with the skill and speed edge, but Videl can break her neck Spopovich-style.
