Would the Enhanced Eyesight Type of Extrasensory Perception count as an ability for Vox because there was a Hazbin Hotel comic that was used to give Alastor Death Manipulation and in the comic, Vox's TVs were playing ads for his technology and when Alastor stood in front, Vox appeared spanning across all the tvs.

You mean Vox shutting up Val right? Valentino's full capabilities haven't been seen but he does have a good strength feat which was literally tearing apart Velvette's best model in anger. So Val is Physically stronger than Val but dont forget when Vox yelled at Val, Vox's Hypno Eye was active and we know for a fact Vox can stun crowds with one glre from his eye.

And Valentino was completely unphased from the Hypnosis Eye when Val first activated it.

Even without this, you still have numerous formatting flaws, I have a feeling you were lying when you said that you were using Husk as a ground zero for formatting.
