What ability is this?

What ability would it be to bring out any result by 'rewriting the cookbook' (or just book to be simple)?
The character controls many things, like laws, causality, fate, etc., but all of that is done using an analogy of 'rewriting the cookbook/book'.

Would it be plot manipulation? or Text manipulation? Or both perhaps?
Edit: 'Plot Manip' comes from the fact that it's akin to rewriting a book, which should be a metafictional perspective, while text manip is exactly the wording; 'rewriting' a book. Could be both too.

Kinda both plot manipulation via text manipulation, btw what's the full context?

Her powers work by rewriting the cookbook, in analogy.
Renard had no idea what any of that meant, but there was no doubting what she just did. Using Master Chef, she had modified the results the Holy Field projected on the world. Rewriting the cookbooks, in a way, overwriting the barrier with something more to her liking.
And she uses the same ability to control fate, causality, laws, overwrite results/outcomes, defy logic and 'truths' etc.
Returning them to Farmus like this, all of them could tell, was a bad idea. So Diablo began to put together a solution, if rather reluctantly. “What a pain,” he groused. “The laws governing their continued existence have been so twisted and warped that healing magic hardly works on them at all.” But the experience also opened his eyes to the power of arts and other unique skills, something that goes beyond mere magic. Even with his all-but-complete knowledge of magic and its rules in this world, he had found a new surprise to play with. It delighted him.
“…I knew it. It’s not a dense Multilayer Barrier at all; it’s just a Special Barrier modified to change the rules a little bit. Modifying the laws of nature like that happens to be a specialty of mine. I’m good at cooking that up, you could say!”
But that is only natural. I didn’t expect things to go that smoothly anyways. We were able to quickly harvest by using magic to grow them. But with that being said, growing them in the winter season is no easy feat.
Currently we only have a small amount growing in controlled indoor environments. It will take a long time before we can show any results.
But there may be a solution. When I asked Raphael-sensei if there was a better way, I got an immediate response. The method was to use Shion’s 「Chef」 to overwrite results. Since she can overwrite results, improving the quality of the product should be a piece of cake.
Shion lifted Goriki-maru Version 2 high with both hands. A blast of Dark Lightning charged up by Ranga descended upon it. He had waited for the right moment to unleash it, and it was the most powerful force he was capable of right now. Ranga believed in Shion—even if that lightning damaged her, if that was her will, he wouldn’t hesitate to act.
“You impudent…! My shell—”
Shion had no time for Razul’s words.
“Chaotic Fate!!”
Her will now had the power to alter the results of every type of natural phenomenon
. She threw all of it into her lightning-infused sword, thrusting it downward from on high…
Depending on how things went, it might be better to let the king of Farmus and the archbishop live so we could more effectively use them. As long as Shion didn’t kill them, then, I was prepared to give tacit approval to whatever she did. If someone hits you, you gotta hit back. Hit back, put the fear of God in them, and make sure they never make the same mistake again. Shion was the perfect person to handle this, and once she extracted the info we needed, I was sure she’d give them a hearty meal—using Master Chef to make sure it tasted just the way she wanted.
But Shion was learning. The ability that her unique skill Master Chef provided—the one that let her reach the results she hoped for with absolute certainty—applied itself to the laws of cause and effect, continually optimizing her body as best as possible.
And as she repeatedly toed the line between death and resurrection with Luminus’s help…
…time stopped.
From the corner of her eye, Shion could see that the world had become devoid of color.
No! Not yet! It’s not over yet!!
She tried to force the scream out, but Shion’s body didn’t respond to her. She was stopped, unable to stand back up. She couldn’t open her mouth—not even a little twitch. Only her consciousness was there, as confused as it was. But Shion didn’t give up. The sight of the colorless world etched itself into her mind. There was something about this moment, this instant in time, that connected to the cause of this strange phenomenon…
Then I’ll just do it myself!
It was a ridiculous leap of logic. Unless you were driven by the sort of grand fate a Hero had, a mere unique skill alone could do nothing to control time.
But Shion didn’t know anything about that kind of “truth,” and she wouldn’t have cared anyway. If the possibility was there, all she had to do was try it.

Shion remade her own body by activating her unique skill Master Chef. After optimization upon optimization, her flesh and blood once again accepted the demands she made of it. All that mattered were results. Shion defied logic, taking the stopped world and making it her own. But that, too, was just part of a process. Her goal was far ahead of her, and she was still working to reach it.
