What would “Breaking the Rules” Abilities be?

I would like to know in context of what kind of powers and/or abilities would be granted with someone or something that is powerful enough to break the rules visually, mechanically, conceptually and physics?

As in not bound to a system like say technology.

Would that mean they have resistance to those or is it just Law Manipulation with concept and physics being sub-powers?
