Round 1: Definitely White Face, as it can apparently warp reality in a much higher scale than GIFfany, and is possibly Omnipresent and have High-Godly Regenerationn, as well as resistance against Time Manipulation, GIFfany can't do anything to White Face, even if she suceed in scaring it, she can't do anything else to it, since it is Non-Corporeal and can't be touched even by other Data Beings


Round 2: White Face, GIF can't do anything to White Face in the Real World, as it is just a being made of Data, while White Face can access the Internet to search information about her, and then, use Information Manipulation to delete her from the Game Files
