Who can defeat Mystery Inc?

Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne, Velma and Fred are causing mayhem by declaring that everyone is actually an enemy mind controlled by the evil entity and they are planning to kill all of those who are under the "influence" of said entity.

Who can defeat them?

No characters higher than 8-C due to the lastest downgrades

Fair Enough, but how up there on AP he is? Shaggy and Scooby are only 0.2 tons from High 8-C

@Saikou,

Specimen 7 is slower than Mystery Inc by an large margin, not to mention that Shaggy and Scooby are resistant to mind manipulation.

Wither Skeleton is a maybe, but Scooby can just eat his snacks to go ftl on his ass in any case

Wormmon is literally downscaled from High 8-C's. Plus all his attacks hit the Mind and Soul so...yeah.

Mind attacks wont work on characters with resistance to mind manipulation iirc

unless they have shwn better resistance then his then no, it can affect, plus soul destruction

Shaggy and Scooby resisted Grodd's mind manipulation and Shaggy resisted the Spectre memory manipulation, so idk

Edit: I always get Spectre and the presence names wrong for some reason

Here it is, Grodd trying to control Shaggy and Scooby, who arent even aware of him trying to control their minds because "is like there is nothing to control"
 
And how strong is Grodd's mind hax? Cause I'm not sure it competes with Charles Xavier's at all. Also great Shaggy and scooby got memory hax resistance doesn't stop Xavier from mentally telling them to "commit die".

Since when Xavier goes saying commit die to the others? Unless they are bloodlusted (To which you didnt say he was or not), I believe he wont tell a dog and a bunch of teenagers to die
