The main character from SCP: Containment Breach could use a some cool match ups, His tier is Unknown without any Equipment, and he's Tier 9 (9-A AP, 9-C Durability) with Proper equipment and prep.

I recommend limiting which things he can take with him if he gets too HAXy (this includes his immortality and Time Manipulation)

He's also very slow, so for the most part Speed Equalized would be necessary

For the most part a fight with him will end in either him winning pretty easily or the opponenet winning really easily.
