I looked up Chris Roberso and he's only involved in 9 comics back in 2011.

Also, I thought we couldn't use Q&A stuff from message boards and Twitter because they can sometimes contradict the source material.

Chris Roberson is the author responsible for the Superman / Flash storyline where he says he can perceive less than single attoseconds. And also the pretty famous scene where Flash and Superman have a long conversation in a diner while everyone else is frozen, the conversation lasting around 6 pages and being stated to have happened in one milisecond. Also the same issue has Superman outright mentioning that the the Flash can speak faster than sound, and that his advanced hearing picks up the accelerated frequency of that.

Then someone asked him about how that all worked and he gave that long explanation.

Basically the comic was showing that both Flash and Superman can adjust their senses and perception to the point where they can perceive individual attoseconds.

My concern is that while it is stated that Flash can perceive attoseconds, the same can't be said for Superman. He can perceive time differently like the Flash but maybe not to the same extent.

An attosecons is 10^-18 s.

If we assume that the conversation lasted an hour in that 1 ms and that standard perception is .01 s, then the perception at the time is 0.0000000028 s.

Well, to me the issue is if we should really use a reply to a fan question from a writer that was barely involved with the character.

Probably. Although I'd have to check a few other potential feats to be added. There is the famous feat where Superman goes from Vega to Earth in minutes at best.
