So, Yupia has better AP scaling so she should be AP wise is higher. She has Regenerationn (Low-Mid). She got better versatility with abilities like: Extrasensory Perception (Fully aware of everything within her surroundings up to half a mile), Forcefield Creation, Energy Projection, Plasma Manipulation, better Flight; she can increase her stats with Berserk Mode and Statistics Amplification. So, overall, I am voting for Yupia
