How strong is your story?

So far still working out the kinks though

God tiers: 2-B Top tiers: 3-A/Low 2-C High tiers: 5-A/4-B Mid Tiers: 6-B/6-A Low tiers: 7-C to 7-A

@Paulo "You are totally allowed to make assumptions about the author's views based on their story"

Okay, I'll bite.

Edit:

Changed my mind, it'll just clog the thread. And this is supposed to be a fun thread, so I'd rather not vent about cyber bullying and keyboard warriors...

I have two stories on the work, so...

Story n.1

Varies a lot. Lower tiers are 9-A (i think, idk) for busting the roof of a house and opening a hole in a pretty big wall. From there on, idk. Some 7-A, some 5-B, some 4-B, some Low 2-C.

God tiers are 1-C.

Story n.2

Somewhere from 7-C to 6-C, not sure yet (and i don't really care either tbh)

Oh yeah I probably went a little overzealous with that, sorry.

STORY:

Low Tiers: 10-C to 10-B / Normal people (such as students and other residents that don't work out) that usually hang out in the story. Some of them do have special abilities, but it isn't significant enough to cause even moderate amounts of destruction.

Mid tiers: 10-A to 9-B / They hot. The mid tiers usually consist of any militant authority that lives in the area. Unlike the low tiers, they usually have Peak Human physical attributes, and don't really rely on supernatural abilties or even have them.

High tiers: 9-A to 8-C / Similar to the low tiers, but their special powers can actually cause a dent in the city environment. There is equipment and weapons present in this verse that can reach these levels of destruction, with some of them even reaching the boundaries of Low 7-C to High 6-C.

Top tiers: Varies (From 10-C to 0) to 2-B / Consists of two characters. One guy is basically a character full of Immunity and a Reactive Power Level, and the other dude is plain overpowered with a Chinese buffet of cool superpowers.

There's a considerate amount of hax that occurs during this story, but that usually happens between the top tiers for the most part.

In all honesty if I ever wrote (don't think I will, not nearly as fookin creative as what that entails) I'd probably leave a good amount of people at 9-B. Good wiggle room for superhuman feats. I'd just leave the feats as they come to me if they are plot relevant if it comes out high then neat I guess.

I like the idea of big high-end gods though. Those are always fun from a storytelling point of view.

For stuff I have written?

Ignoring Eddie's Universe, Fish Spider Industries Apocalypse is a 9-B verse with 7-B god tiers because they tanked a nuke.

So I have a story and the tiers are:

  • Low Tiers: Between Low 7-C and 4-A, the Low 7-C comes from literally destroying a small town and the 4-A comes from shaking the universe.
  • Mid Tiers: Between 3-A and 2-C, the 3-A comes from destroying a universe (lol) and the 2-C comes destroying hundreds of universes and then having an extremely large scaling chain.
  • High Tiers: Between 2-A and High 2-A, the 2-A comes from destroying an infinite multiverse across infinite timelines (I like SMT) and then having a scale of around 9 characters and the High 2-A comes from 5-D beings who destroy 5-D structures and then having a ridiculous scaling chain.
  • Top Tiers: Between Low 1-C and High 1-B, the Low 1-C comes from being infinitely superior to those High 2-A beings and the High 1-B comes from all of them being capable of destroying the infinite dimensions on a whimp.
  • God Tiers: Between 1-A and 0, 1-A comes from a huge scale of people who treat the Tree of Life (which is basically the Throne with another name) like a toy, and the 0 are people (there are 3 of them) who are infinitely above people who are infinitely above them.

Low tiers: 10-B through 9-C (random thugs, humans, some creatures, and fodder)

Mid Low: 9-C through 8-C (outdated tanks, people with weapons, powerful creatures)

High low: 8-A (2 Megakelvin lasers, weapons that are 2 Megakelvin, building sized creatures, basic soldiers, and mining equipment are around this level)

Mid tier: Low 7-C (Main Character at start of series)

Low High tier: low 7-B (This world's modern tank and planes, the main character's dad's time travel suit) (Main Character after crossing the entire United States (Also Main Character without their suit as their suit breaks down the laws of physics to stop them from nuking everything through kinetic energy as they can move at relativistic speeds (their suit also stops them from accidentally time stopping themselves from going at speeds too close to the speed of light)))

Mid High Tier: 7-B (Other super soldiers as they will be superior to the main character due to being made super soldiers after years of improvement to the process)

High Tier: 6-C (My world's modern nukes)

Top tier: 6-C or 6-B (sentient nuclear radiation, turned a man, along with metal armor, into pure energy (which I believe is around this level). Also vastly superior to all earth based natural disasters like super volcanoes)

God tier: low 2-C (the sentient nuclear radiation after f*cking time sideways with the time suit from earlier (this will probably not happen after some rewriting though so 6-C or 6-B probably is going to be the true god tier)).

Speed:

Low: Varies from regular human to subsonic, with supersonic+ attack speed (real life speeds of thugs, animals, and guns)

Mid low: varies from Human to supersonic+ (Regular creatures like bears and people to radiated monsters and birds)

High low: Varies from Supersonic+ to High Hypersonic+, with ligh speed attacks (lasers are light speed, soldiers are Supersonic+ to High Hypersonic+ and Building Sized Monsters will be Supersonic+)

Mid: Relativistic+ (The Main Character will dodge a light ray and tons of lightning bolts, they can also catch a High Hypersonic+ attack from point blank)

High: High Hypersonic+ with Light Speed attacks (for tanks and planes), same as before (for the main character and other super soldiers), the dad will be (immeasurable as he can freely walk beyond time (if that seems broken, he was trying to kill the main character as a baby with the suit but gets instantly one shot by top tier before he can attempt it))

Top tier: Light Speed (Is gamma radiation), immeasurable after turning the main characters dad into energy and becoming one with the time suit (can freely walk outside and throughout time)

God tier: Assuming I don't send this part of the story into the void; immeasurable as the god tier could freely travel in a timeless void.

Oh boy

Literally everyone in my story ranges from 10-B to 9-C, with a single 5-B god tier. Hax aplenty tho

Low tier: 10-C to 10-A (Normal Humans, E class spirits)

Mid Low: 9-C to 9-A (People with weapons, random thugs, depowered Nen-users, D class spirits, cops, low level yakuza)

High low: 8-C to 8-B (Most Genin, some Chuunin, One star hunters, Low C class spirits, Hibari)

Mid tier: 8-A (Main Cast at start of series, most Chuunin and some Jounin, C class spirits, Two Star Hunters)

Low High tier: 8-A+ to 7-C (Most Jounin and Tokujounin, High-C class spirits, high level yakuza)

High Tier: High 7-C to Low 7-B (The male lead's parents, most Saijounin and Kagura, Low B class spirits)

Low Top Tier: 7-B to High 6-A (Kagura, any spirit between B and A class)

Top Tier: Low 5-B to 4-A (Kami, Prime Kagura, Full Power Orochi, S class spirits)

God tier: Anything beyond

Speed

Anyone less than or equal to High tier: Any speed Below sub-relativistic starting at supersonic for the High Low tiers.

Anyone greater, all mortals are bound by the laws of physics meaning that there is no going SoL, but to deities they can be whatever speed they like

i guess i never actually posted what my verse's stats are

the problem is that my verse is a bit inconsistant and their feats don't really line up my word of god on their tiering at all

so this is my word of god stats

Low tiers: 10-B to 9-A

Mid tiers: 8-C to low 7-C

High tiers: high 7-A to to low 6-C

God tiers: 2-C to high 2-A

What verse is it based on?
Technically Senran Kagura, although I amped the main cast from High 8-C to 8-A, I originally was going to make them 8-B but changed my mind since...

The male lead's mother is High 7-C!!! They gotta have some chance to get to that level. Although I did crossover some elements from HxH in order to explain some things.

This thread looks interesting.
Tier
Low Tiers: 10-C to 9-C (The vast majority of my characters are unenhanced humans at varying physical conditions)
Mid Tiers: 9-B to 9-A (This level is rarer, genetically modified transhumans and some magical creatures reside at Wall level for damaging and breaking "extremely resistant materials" while competent magic users and some other magical creatures reside at Small Building level for destroying rooms and easily smashing through large amounts of "extremely resistant materials")
High Tiers: 8-C to High 6-A (These characters are few and far between, including magic users with special lineages, sci-fi machines and their wielders, large-scale magic creatures, gods, and eldrich abominations with feats ranging from destroying buildings to ravaging several continents, though some low tiers and mid tiers occasionally get power-ups to somewhere in this range)
Pseudo-God Tiers: 2-A (A select few multiversal cosmic entities have feats spanning and affecting infinite spacetimes)
God Tiers: 1-A+ to 0 (There's one 1-A+ character that exists as a sapient location, about a dozen High 1-A abstract beings, and one Tier 0, and I won't provide information on these beings)

I am very curious how you guys managed to stumble upon a thread that's been inactive for nearly 4 years. >_>

wow, this is a dated thread.

I actually don't write things above like Mountain level anymore, just give them really good hax.

Edit: Like this
Laura Russo Female: Age 16. Contract Creation. She can make a contract out of any “promise” someone has made with her, and from then on it is impossible for them to ever break that “promise”. Reality and the laws of physics itself will bend to that contract’s terms. And a “promise” could be formed out of a statement as simple as “I won’t hurt you.” and now, she is completely invulnerable to that character’s attacks until the end of time; because her promises never break.

My Naruto crossover story so far is only in its beginning stages but:

Start: All characters seem to start from low 7c to 7b. Scaling will increase as characters steadily begin to train and improve.

Mid: I only have a rough draft but characters will steadily continue to train and improve, growing stronger until they reach 6c or low 6b

My verse has multiple entries so, I gotta split it up. To make it easier the first section will be titled TA, the second will be TAB, and the last will be DR. I'll also use both MCs as a way to establish a timeline.

TA -> (Both MCs are kids.)

Fodder Tiers = 10-B. The first entry is kinda down to earth as...it's literally on earth. The majority are regular humans although their minor characters who aren't even named so how important are they? There's weapons and stuff so they could scale higher but in terms of their own AP, they're pretty much just regular humans.

Low Tier = 10-A to 9-C. This is pretty straight forward. It's made out of martial artists who scale between 300 joules with the max being 800 joules. This is where the two MCs rank as well. In terms of order there's the grandpa who scales to 1 Kilojoule, the strongest martial artists of a resort Island who scales to 3.5 Kilojoules, female MC who scales to 6.6 Kilojoules, and Male MC scales to 7.15 Kilojoules.

Mid Tier = Low 7-C. Only one character scales to this and his AP is 1 Kiloton (min). He uses a mech which can fire missiles that could blow up a small school with ease. He also threatened to destroy the small town the story takes place in and has the firepower to do so...he just didn't due to his arrogance.

High Tiers = 7-C. Five characters scale to this value as they were directly stated to be 10x more powerful than the mech and the five scale to each other. One was able to knock a door out of its hinges, pulverize a tree, crush a man's skull, and punch throw a man's chest. All of these were with no effort and with the last two, they were holding back as much as possible. Either way, they scale to 10 Kilotons.

TAB -> (Both MCs are young teens)

Fodders = Same as before

Low Tiers = 9-A. It varies between 0.08 tons and 0.25 tons. A few characters showed the ability to tear through walls and even knock down an entire building. There's not a lot of feats but a good amount seems to place them at this specific level.

Mid Tiers = 7-C. By chapter 4-5 the main cast surpassed the high Tiers from TA. No exact value was given but this is at least 10 Kilotons. So those who scale to their Chapter 4-5 versions should scale to this number, realistically higher. They could easily perform feats like shattering boulders, crushing palm trees, even shake an island. In fact one character would've destroyed a small town with ease through an energy blast sooo, 7-C seems justified. The 5 from TA were also stated to have gotten twice as strong so that's 20 Kilotons. The main cast and Female/Male MC base forms scale to this value.

High Tiers = 7-A - Low 6-B. Spirit Form users scale to this value as well as the final villain. Female MC/Male MC in their spirit form is the lowest with roughly 200 Megatons. Male MC with his spirit breaker, as well as the main villain scale to roughly 2 Teratons.

DR -> (Both MCs are late teens/adults)

Low Tiers = 5-B. By this stage things get crazy. At the beginning the characters scale way below this value but I'm going to use end late stuff instead of beginning. At this stage most characters often threaten the entire planet which...is earth so, nothing too crazy. They also should the capability of doing so, it's pretty safe to say they scale to this.

Mid Tiers = 2-C. The main cast, as well as MC's base forms scale to this with the exact value scaling across hundreds. There's not really much to say about this as it's pretty explicit. There's constant mentions of destroying the universe, multiverse, in fact there have been some cases where multiple universes were shaken, destroyed, etc so pretty simple.

High Tiers - 1-C. Both MCs at their strongest forms scale to this value as well as those who scale to or above them. The form in question main gimmick is raising their Dimensional prowess. MC's already scale above 4D prowess and have faced off against foes who can reach up to 7D levels of power.

Top Tiers - 1-A. There are two characters who scale to the entire cosmology which transcends dimensionality as a whole. No one else reaches this tier and these two don't really fight. They're more like mentors but MCs and the Main cast never come close to this tier.

So...that was long. But hey, I might ask my friends to give me details on their stories and make another post about theirs cause...why not?

Interesting, if I could think about it....

Low/Fodder Tiers: At most, somewhere around 9-C to 9-B levels of power. The usual magic in my world (which is actually called Magecraft) would probably be comparable to our world's firearms and maybe a bit more, not entirely positive. But this is mostly just for the average person, which is entirely dependent on a piece of technology to produce these feats. Take it away, they're just average human, if not even less.

A little less than fodder tiers: These guys use technology to enhance their magecraft, and they would usually land somewhere higher up in 9-B thanks to that. I don't think any of them would actually reach any higher tiers anytime soon. About 1% of the population actually do have this type of magic pool without any tech so...still lands them there but with the potential to be higher.

Middle Tier: I would place them around 9-A to probably High 8-C with the protagonist's feats so far, but he is generally higher up in the echelons of the mid-tiers. These guys are pretty much like superhumans in training and, well, I mentioned in my lore document that they can strike with the force of a C4. But the protagonist (mentioned before in the higher echelons) was capable of producing a fireball that was able to melt through a pretty big group of robots and melt through a wall.

Mid-High Tier: Uh, yeah, we're still not even close to the high tiers. But I woud solidly place these fellas in 8-A to somewhere around 7-C or 7-B levels of power. These guys are like the actual superhumans, think of Space Marines for my verse. Incredibly powerful supersoldiers, with a solid one feat one pulling off was a dude capable of clearing an entire storm over a city. So yeah, definitely somewhere around the Multi-City Block to Town, if not, City Levels of power.

High Tier: This is where you would get to see a sudden jump in power. These guys called Paladins, are basically the superhumans to the superhumans, as in, like straight up living legends. This is where you would get to see feats ranging from 7-A to High 6-C, if not even higher to reach somewhere into, like, Low 6-B. These guys have been capable of straight up creating things like volcanoes, creating volcanic eruptions, producing gigantic thunderstorms, and telekinesis that can practically rip apart entire landscapes.

High-High Tier: Yeah, because we're still not done with the Paladins, but this is just reserved for a couple characters. One, a guy named Hedge. This dude would undoubtedly land somewhere in the High 6-B to if not 6-A levels of power just by being able to flip continents with ease thanks to his nature magic. There's also The Chivalry, who are somewhere around Hedge's level of power, if not a possibly a High 6-A rating.

Low-God Tiers: This is more reserved for, like, the primordial humans, ancient guys who are basically what would happen if humanity was capable of reality alteration. Even the weakest of these guys would at least be Low 4-C if not straight up Low 2-C. Basically, one folk was capable of creating an entire segmented pocket of space-time with their reality alteration that had a miniature star within it. Others have been just straight up capable of creating entire higher-dimensional structures (not given much information about what higher dimensions are or how they function) that are at least fourth-dimensional and can contain entirely simulated timelines. Suffice it to say, these guys are like the magic gods. Unfortunate that most of them are all dead.

Mid-God Tiers: Now this is where things get a bit funky, thanks to what The Mystery even is and the path of the Sefirot's nonsense. Honestly, they could land anywhere from 1-A to 2-A or Low 1-C levels of power. To put it as simply as possible, The Mystery is a place always full of contradictions and nonsense, being a structure without any form of reality. Because of this, its size is always changing. In the document I wrote, you can enter as a three-dimensional being, become a one-dimensional dot, and then experience a thousand higher dimensions before popping back out as a two-dimensional stick figure. Now why mention this? Mostly because a singular character does scale to this, a character who reached Atziluth to basically shield the world from The Mystery. Time and Space become meaningless to the Atziluth and they transcend the spiritual chain of descending worlds, of which there are infinite in number. At this point, I have no idea where to scale this.

God Tier/Absolute Top: At least 1-A. Nothing much to say here, the absolute ineffable God that exists above all understanding and notation. It works similarly to the Root from Nasuverse in the usage of Apophatic Theology, where attempting to assign a name and definition to, well, God, only creates a lower-faceted avatar. It exists above all things, unreachable and beyond anything in existence, etc. as the divine creator of all and you get the idea.

Not gonna lie, when trying to scale my verse, it makes it really complicated, thus, the long block of text you see before you.

My verse caps at like Low 1-C, but barely any characters will ever scale to it, because Low 1-C comes not from a character but from a place where the characters draw power from to utilize the main power system of the verse.

Alright, guess I'll bite for what I've been thinking up

Low Tiers

I guess characters on this level would be 9-A, up to 8-B for the strongest low tiers. Most characters who aren't important can destroy buildings, up to the equivalent of city blocks. Of course, the strongest of these low tiers are characters who have actually trained to use the power system effectively, just at a much lower level

Mid Tiers

This ranges from low 7-B up to low 6-B. Most of the story would take place at this range, with characters on the lesser level able to clear up large chunks of city sized landscapes. At the highest of this level, characters are shown to have the power to annihilate landscapes on the scale of small countries. Anyone in this tier is decently experienced, and is where most of them cap off due to lacking the required methods of furthering their power.

High Tiers

Yeah, big jump in power, big whoop. At this point, due to access of these aforementioned methods, characters are able to reach between High 6-A and 4-A. This is where most beasts end up at, which allows characters to reach these levels by killing, eating, and gaining their abilities. It's not really planned out, I admit.

God Tiers

Yeah, these people reach High 3-A. Only like, 5 are even planned to be here, and I don't really have an idea planned out yet.

I have written various characters on FCOC as a part of Storiverse. I started at 2019 but overhauled and deleted most things in 2022 and reorganized remaining characters as a subverse named Unwarred, they only still exists because of scaling. I then developed a new subverse called Kadarjahan that is mostly seperate from Unwarred instead, because earlier characters were badly made and almost only had powers with no backstories, while important and relevant Kadarjahan characters have decently long backstories written on their profiles

Low Tiers: Lowest of Low Tier added character are at 9-B, and every other mentioned but not added character is also of that tier, the highest are at High 8-C

Mid Tiers: Can range anywhere from 8-A to 6-C

High Tiers: Ranges from 6-C to High 6-A, likely 5-C

God Tiers: Ranges from Low 2-C to 2-A. They will probably be Low 1-C once FCOC Tier 1 ban ends. I purposely avoid going any further than Low 1-C

Every mf here has a story with high tier shit meanwhile I'm just happy my character can be considered 9A 🗿
I did say the only thing that was tier 1 in my verse wasn't even a character lol.

The rest are like tier 8 most of the time, since it's a science fantasy story.
