Haki effects his true body which is why it effected him. Momo doesn't have Buso so obviously it wouldn't do anything to him.

Raizo's fire did nothing because of his technique which nullified it.

As a battle unit though, they are most likely superior to most Yonko crews because of 2 main reasons:
1. They are a formal military force with proper training - (Just look at Vergo to see what difference that makes)
2. Belo Betty can amp them up
