Mickey Mouse - High 6-B Upgrade (More like a small correction ig)

Mickey's classical key currently has a Low 6-B feat regarding the amp he gains from the Gems of the Rainbow:

Small Country level with Gems of the Rainbow (Obtaining the Gems of the Rainbow gives Mickey the power to overcome and fight on par with Mizrabel, who created and dispersed of a massive storm)

However, a small error was commited on the calculation, which made it's result be way lower than what it accurately should, something pointed out by @Demon_Lord18 on my message wall.

As such, the calculation now results on Mizrabel being able to output High 6-B levels of power.

Should be simple enough, this currently only scales to Mickey given we don't have a profile for Mizrabel.
