After rewatching Dragon Ball Super, I found a fairly consistent scaling that supports Tien Shinhan, Harmira, and Prum being at Low Multiverse level (2-C) in Attack Potency, Durability, and Speed with their respective feats. So, without further ado, this thread aims to update/improve their old profiles and add Prum's profile to the wiki:
Additionally, Harmira was able to match Tien Shinhan directly in combat, with his Sniper Shots being powerful enough to deal significant damage to Piccolo. Even while severely injured, he was still capable of destroying large fractions of the Kachi Katchin arena.
Meanwhile, Harmira’s durability should also be on a similar level. He can be scaled to Prum, who directly withstood his Sniper Shots as well as Base Vegeta’s Galick Gun without significant difficulty. Furthermore, despite taking heavy damage from Tien’s Tri-Beam, Harmira remained active, was able to destroy large fractions of the Kachi Katchin arena, and attempted to move away afterward.
As for Prum, he has clear durability feats, as he effortlessly withstood Base Vegeta’s Galick Gun and also withstood Harmira’s Sniper Shots, which were shown to heavily damage Piccolo and scratch Base Vegeta’s cheek. This indicates that Prum possesses durability against attacks within this level of scaling.
Meanwhile, Prum demonstrated a reflection-based attack mechanism, where his attacks are redirected through multiple points to reach the target. Despite being reflection-based, these attacks were still able to hit and pressure Piccolo and Base Gohan, indicating that the speed of execution and redirection remains within the same level.
