Bringing back the whole Cyn being way physically stronger than the main cast thing, aren't a good majority of the examples of her one shotting via piercing damage like biting, stabbing, and slashing?

Cyn is not physically stronger than the main cast. That has never been demonstrated, and it wouldn’t really make sense. Cyn is still, in any case, a Worker Drone who uses the abilities of the Absolute Solver, but the Absolute Solver does not boost physical stats. That has never been stated or shown.
And as proof, she created the Murder Drones. But it would be illogical to say that Cyn created the Murder Drones specifically so they would be stronger and more durable than her. In reality, the only thing that truly separates Worker Drones from Murder Drones is their abilities and weaponry, and the same applies to Solver hosts.
Basically, what determines who is stronger in this verse is who uses the Absolute Solver better, or who has greater access to it. It’s not really a matter of physical strength.

Not really. Cyn is a worker yes, but the Absolute Solver has practically most control over her, and in the end used Tessa's body, so their physical power would be different.
The Solver also created the Disassembly Drones who are significantly stronger than Worker Drones.
Why are you assuming that she made the Disassembly Drones stronger than her, rather than making them strong and her even stronger? It would make more sense.
