    I don't think dio's Regenerationn works like that I'm pretty sure as long as he has cells and vampiric essence left he can regenerate, and Okuyasu's swipe won't be encompassing enough to delete all of Dio at once.

    Dio gets cocky, toys around with Oku, gets swiped, realizes what he's dealing with, regenerates, and then puts a beam of condensed vampiric essence in Oku's head. Unfortunate outcome, I love Okuyasu so much but Dio just has more going for him imo.
