So uh... Sakaguchi wins this with her disintegration and soul binding. Let's not forget that her Inertia manipulation hard counters the Third Raikage's common tactics. In all honesty Kali and A get haxed stomped by her and Akira is just along for the ride and occasionally keeping the others off of her.
