Ram should have a better precog, higher intelligence and slightly higher AP if i am not wrong. She also has dura neg and her wind blades have layered invisibility.

if both knows about each other's abilities then Big Mom would win, she would just stay away from Ram and keep using ranged attacks until Ram lose her stamina
