Once the robot's creation is finished, it begins to look through the internet for cape activity and any signs of your clones.

"I see, I know just the place. Mazatlán International Airport isn't that far from here. It should only take an hour or two before we arrive. Get some rest if you're tired."

Marco nods while Carlos looks excited. "So, do you want to go around the city?", Carlos asks you.

Victoria finds out that the casino has ten floors and is known as one of the most popular places in Dallas. She doesn't find out anything about the blueprints of the building.
Nicholas sees Eon continuing to gamble and that there aren't any capes around him.

After a while, Jack sees the troopers and the blue armored man come back into the cell room. The man looks at Jack with an unreadable expression.
"Now we're going to talk about what happens next. Any questions?"
The trucks explode and do damage to the building's structure while setting it on fire. As Gurman looks around, he sees the gangsters splitting up and running into different alleyways.

The cop puts on his best persuasive look.
"You should join them, capes that try to stick it out on their own don't last very long. There's strength in numbers."

[Some of the bedrooms have laptops on the stands next to the beds.]
The ones that go to the VR Room see that the settings consist of buttons that have several symbols on them. The upper leftmost button has a tree on it. The upper rightmost button has the image of grass on it. The bottom left button has the symbol of a snowflake on it. The bottom right button has a picture of a raging fire on it. A fifth button is under the rest, but it doesn't have a symbol on it and is just blank.

I go sit near the opposite side of the room as the boxes, with Natalie giving me a small rettangular pillow where to sit on.
I put the laptop, which i had took from my room, on top my legs, open it and start searching for stuff, that being if there's anything majour happening around the world, if there's any organuzation of superheroes, about known supervillans, about what was happening in that city we have encountered in Mexico and the news about India.
Natalie makes another pillow and sit too, leaning against me to try see what i am looking at.
I notice that, so i smile at her and wrap my arm around her shoulders, to bring her closer so she can see better, which she responds with a big smile and wrapping both of her arms around me.
Then i continue searching info, with Natz watching.
Merlin in the meanwhile checks the boxes, to get a rought idea of just how material we have to work with.

Victoria looks for the nearest PRT facility to the casino, then puts up an image of the room in the casino on the screen of the main computer. Once this is done Nicholas removes the powers she was given.
"No other capes around, he's still gambling. It's good to go in, we need something quick and decisive." Nicholas surmises to the team as they approach him. Alexandra has woken up from her nap and is also listening to the group.
"Alright, time to test out the suits." Robert says somewhat enthusiastically.
"Hopefully we won't have to make use of their abilities, but to remain safe, yes, we will take the suits." Nicholas replies.
"So, here is the plan. Both Alexandra and I will use power granting capabilities, the goal will be to freeze and capture the target before they can escape or even react. From there we will head to the nearest PRT HQ. We have this in case it goes sour." Nicholas says as he takes out a picture of the interior of their base.
"Victoria will be the main agent, I will be the one to get you to the location, Alexandra and Robert will both be backup." He continues.
"Into the suits then?" Victoria asks sounding quite happy.
"Yes." Alexandra answers.
The group all go to enter their armor suits, making final preparations and ensuring the situation hasn't changed at all.

Carlos grabs onto your hand and takes you outside of the room. Marco stays in front as the three of you go through the broken down house that the brothers seem to be staying in. As you exit the house, you see that it was in the middle of a neighborhood of similarly run down houses. Some of the houses look destroyed beyond repair and have large purple skulls written on them.

Legion finds out that there have been reports on strange crocodile activity in the Everglades and on whether or not it was caused by a cape. Legion doesn't find any information on the clones.

"Okay. Here are your options. Option A, you join the PRT under a new name and use your powers to continue fighting against gangs but in a nonlethal manner. Option B, you get sent to the Birdcage. I am willing to give you time to consider this if you find it necessary."
The men seem to converge after a certain point and enter a sturdier looking warehouse than any of the others he's been to so far. There doesn't seem to be any guards around this one.

You see a hotel in the distance and as you get closer, Luminary parks the car in the parking lot.
"Well, we're here."
He gets out of the car.

S.C.R.E.E learns of a Tinker in Brockton Bay that specializes in vehicles.

There isn't any major news going on in the world. You learn about the PRT, an organization of superheroes that fight criminals and villains. You don't find any information about the city in Mexico that you visited. When you look up news on India, you find out about Thanda and Garama capes, which are basically the distinction between the edgy capes and the more cheery ones.
Merlin finds that there is enough material to create a few of his designs, depending on their complexity.
As Blake presses the button, the surroundings seem to twist and distort before rapidly changing color. The ceiling fades away to a large blue sky with clouds and the walls of the room seem to disappear entirely. The floor becomes a plain of knee-length grasses, flowing as far as the eye can see.

A few hours pass, and you arrive at the airport. The man smiles.
"It looks like we're here. Do you need any help?"

As everyone gets prepared, Eon hasn't changed from his original position and is still gambling.

The cop shakes his head.
"Sorry, as the first person on the scene I have to take care of noting the evidence. I can give you the directions though."
The cop takes out a piece of paper and writes down the directions on them before giving it to you.
"Here, this should take you to the local HQ."

Legion decides to investigate this occurence when Varielle awakens, so that his clone may have a parahuman body so he can be of more use in his future endeavors.

"... Is that like, it? I mean, I was expecting torture, maybe you'd try to just kill me through my powers, something, but... That's it? PRT or the super jail? Actually, why would you even want a guy like me on a team of superheroes? You really want to have a sadomasochistic ex military teach kids about right and wrong and beat up bad guys? Do you guys do background checks before you try to slap a logo on capes?"

Gurman leaped as high into the air as he can, cracking the roof he stood on and preparing to dive bomb into the warehouse, sending as much of the roof caving in as possible
Mister Wizard marked off another section of the map, still pretty groggy from his all nighter, but at least somewhat alive.
Rai:... Why is he going for another one?
Rai stared at the map, looking at all the crossed out areas.
Mister Wizard: He's feeling productive, I guess.
Rai:...
The silence hung for awhile before someone spoke again.
Mister Wizard: There's only one topic that makes you this quiet, and I don't think it's unrelated to what's going on in the field.
Rai:... Yeah. It wasn't just going a little bit outside of the law to do something. A lot of people died.
Mister Wizard:... Yeah, I kinda figured those were the types we were in with. The blood didn't seem like it was all theirs.
Rai: And you only told me this now?
Mister Wizard:... Yeah, I never thought about it much. But, consider this.
Those warehouses weren't built recently, and they weren't freaked out by any hero actions. Something is actually going down now, and power is shifting.
Rai: That's a pretty bold way to disregard human life.
Mister Wizard: Sheesh, that's one way to put it. But on the on the other hand, because they aren't as strong as they were before, it means they can't... Make any more triggers, if you catch the drift.
Rai just looks at him, with an utterly mute expression. That one took her aback.
Mister Wizard:... Either way, you aren't going to get anything from talking to a nerd. So... I guess I should find you something to do?
Rai:... Sure. What do you have in mind?
Mister Wizard: Just take a walk. Go down the street and just help people out. That's a lot more you, don't you think?
She nodded, and suited up before following that advice.

"Good as I'll ever be." She replies, somewhat cheerfully.
Alexandra and Nicholas both use Kingmaker on her now, Alexandra grants her the Second Trigger version of Temporal Bubble, whereas Nicholas grants the Second Trigger versions of Get Over Here, Do You Even Lift and Barrier.
"Your turn." Alexandra says as she turns to Nicholas, granting him the Second Trigger version of Blink.
"And you two just in case it gets hairy." Nicholas replies. Robert is granted Second Trigger Rocky by Alexandra and Second Trigger Schroedinger and Presence by Nicholas. Alexandra is granted the Second Trigger of Surgery by Nicholas.
"Time to go." Nicholas states, all the people gather close to each other and touch Nicholas, though Alexandra still remains closest as to not disrupt the powers.

The moment the group arrives, Victoria uses her Temporal Bubble to freeze the room's time, she then fires the unbreakable binding chains at Eon, before grabbing him, while tied up by the chains, and carrying him to the side of the rest of the group. She then unfreezes the time of the room.
The four armored figures stand in the center of the room, Nicholas announces himself. "This man is being taken in for the bounty he has on his head. Do not interfere if you wish to remain safe and unharmed, there is no cause for alarm."
If there were no issues, the group would attempt to leave the casino and head towards the nearest PRT HQ, carrying the man with them. Taking care to remain in the same positioning as before. Robert would be observing the area around them to ensure that it is safe, Nicholas and Alexandra would be remaining close so as to maintain the powers, while also looking around and Victoria would be focused on restraining and transporting Eon.

Pzyko grabs the handle and swings the car door open. He steps out and walks with Luminary, tensing up just in case any of those "capes" were showing up. Satan and his legions had watched the capes, after all.DragonEmperor23 said:

The man sighs before putting a palm to his head.
"Look, this wasn't my idea either. If it was up to me then you'd be getting sent straight to the Birdcage. But there's not enough heroes in the world and you aren't a villain. As long as you stay that way and stop killing every criminal you meet, then you can join the Protectorate."
As Gurman busts through the roof, he sees that he's falling towards a crowd of heavily armed Merchants with the cape known as Skidmark standing on a rickety stage speaking to them. The crash alerts him and he looks up with a grimace.
"You must be the ****** that ******* killed my men! Go to hell asshole!"
He raises his hand towards Gurman and Gurman's clothes begin to glow a light blue. Gurman is then sent flying straight upwards into the sky. As Gurman is flying upwards, he sees Skidmark do the same to the falling debris that Gurman created with his entrance.
As Rai is walking around, she notices a man with a scruffy beard walking down the street with some cuts on his face.

As you enter the building, you see a lady behind a desk in the middle of the room. The lady looks at you and smiles.
"How can I help you today, sir?"

"Sure. Don't be a stranger if we ever met up again okay? Bye~."
After you get out of the car, he turns and gets back on the road. You enter the airport without meeting any difficulties.

The chains almost reach Eon in stopped time, but then everything seems to feel a little strange. Everyone in the casino has ended up in a different position than the one they were in a second ago. The chains have ended up limp on the floor. Eon is standing next to them. He looks at the group with a smirk.
"Interesting...so you can do some of what I can do and some of what I can't do. I'm going to have to kill you now, letting you guys live would be a pretty bad idea."

"No worries friend, I'll be make sure you get the best room here."
He walks over to the front desk clerk and whispers into her ear before backing up. The clerk looks over to you before reaching down and pulling out a key. She holds it out to you.
"Here you go sir, this is the key to the penthouse suite on the top floor."

"These are leftovers back from when the Calaveras first began. They used to go from house to house, destroying anyone who wouldn't pay the fees. Then they would mark it with their symbol so everyone would know that it was them who did it."
He spits on the ground.

He raises his hand towards Gurman and Gurman's clothes begin to glow a light blue. Gurman is then sent flying straight upwards into the sky. As Gurman is flying upwards, he sees Skidmark do the same to the falling debris that Gurman created with his entrance.
As Rai is walking around, she notices a man with a scruffy beard walking down the street with some cuts on his face.

As you enter the building, you see a lady behind a desk in the middle of the room. The lady looks at you and smiles.
"How can I help you today, sir?"

The man smiles.
"Sure. Don't be a stranger if we ever met up again okay? Bye~."
After you get out of the car, he turns and gets back on the road. You enter the airport without meeting any difficulties.

The chains almost reach Eon in stopped time, but then everything seems to feel a little strange. Everyone in the casino has ended up in a different position than the one they were in a second ago. The chains have ended up limp on the floor. Eon is standing next to them. He looks at the group with a smirk.
"Interesting...so you can do some of what I can do and some of what I can't do. I'm going to have to kill you now, letting you guys live would be a pretty bad idea."

"No worries friend, I'll be make sure you get the best room here."
He walks over to the front desk clerk and whispers into her ear before backing up. The clerk looks over to you before reaching down and pulling out a key. She holds it out to you.
"Here you go sir, this is the key to the penthouse suite on the top floor."

Marco responds to your question with a grimace.
"These are leftovers back from when the Calaveras first began. They used to go from house to house, destroying anyone who wouldn't pay the fees. Then they would mark it with their symbol so everyone would know that it was them who did it."
He spits on the ground.
"Trash."
Carlos bumps him on the shoulder.
"Marco, they're not like that anymore!"
Marco turns his head away derisively.
"We don't know that."

"... You know what? So long as I get my own arsenal in this non lethal variety, I think I'll be on board with you guys. I don't really have a superhero name, which is pretty bad considering I don't want to be confused for the other guy named Jack, but... that's for later. I'm in, that's what you wanted."

Victoria immediately unfreezes time upon seeing Eon move.
"We've got a problem here." She loudly declares to her team.
"Of course it couldn't be simple." Nicholas comments.
Robert attempts to punch Eon and send him flying, using his suit's vibration ability on his fists to increase the damage dealt.
Nicholas uses his suit's ability to accelerate his perception, making sure to watch for any movements from Eon and prepare for him to appear. He also begins draining the electricity of the casino into himself.
Alexandra remains on standby for now, though if she sees Eon going to attack, even if he suddenly appears, she would attempt to react by using her suit's ability, the draining beam.
Victoria fires more chains at Eon, she is prepared to put up a barrier if Eon tries to attack her.

Gurman destroys the debris without any issue and lands back on the ground in an impact that craters the floor a little. He finds that all of the Merchants have their weaponry aimed at him and Skidmark has left the stage.
The man backs up fearfully from Rai.
"H-heal me? You're a cape?!"

Marco looks surprised, but then makes a disapproving expression.
"So what, are you going to storm their headquarters or something?"

You find that there is a flight that is going to Bering Island two hours from now.

As Robert's fist and Victoria's chains fly toward Eon, the masked criminal grins. Another weird feeling occurs with everyone ending up in different positions. Robert ends up in front of one of the windows, his momentum pushing his fist through the glass and soon the rest of his body. Nicolas notices that Victoria's chains have been wrapped around his body instead of Eon's. When Alexandra fires at Eon as soon she sees him again, she manages to blast him. The red light begins to start sucking up his energy. Eon loses his smile and glares at Alexandra.
"Tch, group fights aren't really my thing."

"Tch. Keep Alexandra safe, I'm going in." Nicholas says as Victoria retracts the chains from his body.
"Got it boss. We can deal with capturing him later then." Victoria replies, remaining prepared to attack if Eon approaches her or Alexandra.
Nicholas activates his armor's boosting capacities and uses Blink to appear next to Eon, as he exits Alexandra's range, the powers from his copied Kingmaker disperse, however he now has copied the abilities of Eon on his own. He keeps committing some of his attention to draining the casino still, but unlike before he is now mainly focusing on Eon. He attempts to use his copy of Eon's power, using the time to strike him, attempting to hit him with enough force to knock him out cold.
Alexandra decides to replace Victoria's Temporal Bubble, as it is not useful here, with Second Trigger Stark Winter and Second Trigger Vector Push.
Robert, having reentered the building, waits to see if Eon moves suddenly again, ready to react with a Shockwave if he does.

"Gurman definitely wouldn't go quietly. I don't know exactly what's going on with him, but he has a lot of... Baggage. Just walking up to him and trying to say he should be a model cape isn't going to end well."
As Gurman lands, chunks of the ground beneath him are sent flying out, and, wasting no time, he grabs one of the nearby pieces and flings it at a merchant, before just charging the rest and taking them out with his bare hands.
"Yeah... I kinda am. I don't want to hurt you, I'll just touch you on the face once and I'll go."
Rai took a few moments to realize how awkward that statement was, and keeps silent to not worsen the situation, giving a slight smile to reassure him, in spite of how uncomfortable she already feels.

I seach for more infromation about Thanda and Garama, tring to find stuff like where their HQ are, what their policies are, what civilians think of them and what does the government.

You open your eyes to find yourself on a bed in a decent sized room with a closet and a nightstand. On the nightstand, you see an envelope.

The clerk writes something down on a piece of paper. While writing, she looks over at you.
"Do you have a method that we can use to communicate with you to let you know when you can come in?"

As you look around, you don't see anything out of the usual in the airport. At least, you don't until your eyes happen to glance over a large man in a trench coat leaving the building. Perhaps something interesting is about to happen?

As Nicholas appears next to Eon, he notices everything else stop. Eon looks irritated.
"And now you've completely copied my shtick. How crude."
He grins.
"But you've never used my power before, so you won't be able to use it with as much experience as I can."
Everything seems to shift, even for Nicholas as time resumes and everyone shows up in different spots once again. Robert's Shockwave goes off, knocking over all the chairs and tables in about a ten meter range around him. Everyone is on the ground, with small dents on their armorsuits that look like they came from blunt impacts. Eon has reappeared on top of a flipped over table. He's frowning.
"This is troublesome. I think I'll take my leave now."

"I see. We'll keep that in mind when trying to contact him then. What about the others?"
The rock that Gurman flings at the Merchant collides with her face, tearing the upper half of her head off. One of the other Merchants throws a glowing bottle at Gurman as he runs towards them.
The man start backing up from Rai, before running away in a full blown sprint.
"Stay away from meeee!"

Information about the Garama is easy to find as they enjoy being in the public's eyes. As the Garama make up a half of the cape population of India, the various teams included within them have many different HQs. The civilians seem to enjoy the Garama's presence. The Thanda are much harder to find information on and the civilians seem a bit uneasy as the idea of them.

As Psyko opens the door to his penthouse, he sees the extremely large living room. There's a glass door on the opposite end of the room that visibly leads to what looks like a pool on the balcony. To the left, there's another door. In the back of the room, there's a large widescreen TV in front of some really soft looking couches. To the right, there's an entrance to the kitchen.

Beerko lets out a mechanical groan. "Bah..." She gets up and starts making a mini-drone that has a small gun and a speaker in it. After she eventually finishes it, she sends it off to the last known location of Squeler. She also sends another Mk. 1 S.R.E.E. after it, for 'reasons'.

"What a bother." Victoria responds, lazily raising her hand, she uses her Stark Winter to freeze the air around Eon, though not anything inside of him, hoping to immobilize him with an attack that cannot be avoided with his power, as it would appear around Eon specifically.
Nicholas, still remaining within 10 meters of Eon so as to copy his power, prepares for him to attempt to escape, sharpening his senses and readying his own usage of the same ability, he prepares to see what Eon will do.
Alexandra fires her draining beam at Eon once he is immobilized, if he escapes, she would try and locate him to use it.
