ALTERNATE TITLE: I'M YOUR TREASURE BOX ~ THE GREAT PIRATES TAKEN DOWN MISSION

And here we go, right after she got a profile, her first ever match has been created here! That's B.Jenet alright
Yeah, i'm trying to jump into the bandwagoon of Fatal Fury/KoF/SNK Fighting Games, tho not going to be consistent like what i did with Chisato and other chars that has been spammed back and forth, but at least it gave the verses and exposure and made Saman at least happy lel
Tho in reality i'm waiting for Samsho revision so i can spam the f*** out Iroha and Andrew
And yeah, right off the bat, Jenet would fight Chisato, the fight between two beauty and T H I C C girls! Let's get to the matches!

● ------------------------------------- ●
There's an pirates group anchored in Tokyo! In order to prevented the mayhem, Chisato has been tasked with a mission to take down the "criminal" group
And so alongside with her best partner and girlfriend, Takina, and the other Lycoris members, they went to the ship for an ambush!
As they arrived, they then started the mission, which wouldn't took long, until....

Once took down the goons, they then start to targetted the captain, however without their expectation, the captain showed up in very briliant entrance to them! And due of Captain appearance, Takina lost the focus and shocked by the divine, exquisite beauty and sexiness of the captain until she got slapped by Chisato comically....it's not because Chisato is envy with the captain appearance, okay!?
The captain then happily introduced herself and the reason on her piracy, and she's impressed by the Lycoris members to took down her crews, and suddenly she asked a challenge! A 1v1 against her from the strongest group here!
Chisato, then confidently accepted the challenge, which made the captain smirked, ready for a fight...

"Does the Bees know the Red Spider Lily?"

The battle of femme fatale, the beauty, and the danger, has begun now!!!

I'm not sure about the speed of rubber bullets, since they are meant to impact and not pierce, so their speed should be somewhat lower than normal rounds. This also affects their overal effectiveness when fired against superhumans as, despite having their own degree of piercing damage, they are quite less effective in that regard, and the reason why 9-C bullets can hurt even 8-Cs is exaclty because they perforate.

Chisato's bullets don't scale to her AP, so there's no reason to believe them any stronger than actual rubber bullets, meaning their effectiveness towards Jenet is reduced even more.

Now, I'm not sure whether or not Jenet would be fast enough to actually dodge them, but I'd say the most relevant point is Chisato both having difficulty in landing an actually effective shot (reduced precision with rubber bullets + having to fire them at close range vs someone as agile as Jenny + having to deal with whirlwinds) and Jenet being more than tough enough to tank them (FRA + stamina).

Also, I guess Chisato doesn't have infinite ammo, so running short is another problem.

I'm confused on this one ngl.

Nowhere near. If we go by your logic, "somewhat lower" than Supersonic speeds is still leagues above Superhuman speeds.

I saw these two points and automatically thought "Huh. Maybe Theory might actually have a chance."

I then started to realized that the goon in me was coming out.

To be more concise, rubber bullets have a more round shape, which makes it so they deal more bludgeoning damage rather than piercing.
Piercing damage means the force is focused on a smaller area, allowing the bullet to go through even some harder materials, like a mosquito puncturing a human, and this is why we don't consider an outlier tier 9/low 8s being hurt by them.

Rubber projectiles are so meant to be non-lethal to actual humans, and while they do indeed hurt a lot and can cause meaningful wounds if not straight up death, they generally aren't nearly as damaging as lethal ones, because of what I said earlier.

Now, considering this and Jenet's dura, it is reasonable to say these bullets aren't going to be that effective on her.

Their shape, materials etc. makes them substabtially different from metal bullets, affecting their speed as well; the first result on Google puts them at about 60 mph, i.e subsonic.
While Jenet doesn't have any particular speed feat, aimododging is still a thing and she can still have the combat speed necessary to deliver dozens of kicks in a few seconds.
Her acrobatics and Chisato being less proficient with these bullets makes it even harder to land good shots.

While Chisato's skill, prediction and senses would definitely allow her to geat some clear shot, I overall think these bullets aren't going to weight too much on the battle.

She can use the bullet for stagger and stun, she can manipulate it just not only for piercing, thats what i get
Beside that, fair on the rest of what you said here

Alright. That makes sense then.

Can't Chisato switch to her lethal bullets then if she realizes rubber ones won't work?

If the situation went dire here then maybe, but she ain't go for the kill thats for sure
Not maybe, she will because with this scenario Jenet is hard to be taken down by just rubber bullets
No kill is still relative true
I think I can make Theory vs Chisato work.

I can probably find a way to make the lethal bullets a non-factor by saying the win conditions have to be KO or Incap, and since Saman mentioned the aim dodging argument, as well as Chisato not having the best accuracy with her rubber bullets, then I think Theory has a decent chance here.

Well bullets got equalized in speed from what i recall, and beside what Saman said above so i didn't need to furthermore adding it
I'm not sure if this was cleared or not, but speed equalized matches only equalize combat speed down to the slower character. Any other speeds keeps the same multipliers compared to each character's combat speed.
In this fight's context, combat speed is equalized at Jenet's superhuman level. Chisato's bullets are in the realm of attack speed, and come out of a M1911 which shoots at Subsonic+ speeds. Even assuming lower speed for rubber bullets, they should still be in the realm of Subsonic+. That means Chisato's bullets are, bare minimum, x5 faster than Jenet's combat speed.

I think Saman's points are pretty convincing.

I would've voted Incon if Chisato used her lethal bullets in character, but now since she only uses rubber bullets, I'm now inclined to believe Jenet takes it high diff FRA

I'd personally go for incon here.
Chisato's self-imposed lower damage output doesn't detract from the fact her attack speed is faster than Jenet's reactions. Chisato is additionally more battle-smart, has more range, better senses, analytical prediction that allow her to better adapt during the fight, and, if needed, a med-kit to patch wounds she sustains.
I don't think Chisato can easily KO Jenet, due to lower-damaging rubber bullets and limited accuracy (unless she spams many shots in the same body area, which tbf, she has done before, but won't be easy against someone of Jenet's caliber), but I also don't see Jenet being fast enough to react to everything Chisato sends her way, and she's less adaptable.

Also Jenet can aimdodge the bullets, too.

Chisato isn't the most accurate with her bullets as well. She'll have to get up close in order to land a good shot, and that's going to be a tough task to do with all the abilities Jenet has that Chisato will have to adapt to.

The fighting for days part really does make a difference for Jenet. I'm leaning on high diff win for Jenet or a tie too myself.

Ngl this thread made me far more confident in doing Theory vs Chisato lol.
Do it. Don't let your dreams be dreams.

Also yeah I'm actually thinking that the Mikey match might've ended with Mikey's win in this case. But oh well

If you ask me, no matter if she ue rubber bullets or real bullets, she's still pretty difficult to handle due of her versatility, which make her shine

Anyway i believe it's 4 for incon, right?

I'd say Jenet has good chances to outlast and eventually overcome Chisato, unless @Popted2 can provide further details about Chisato's stamina, but I don't mind voting Icon to speed up the votes.

And there you go, the musics has been added....we go full groovy this time lel
Also need two more votes for incon
