The truth is, Chisato vs Mikey was exist, but it was wack as heck, and back then the AP for TK relative low, hence Izana being paired with Mikey, but now thing changed
Well, nothing much here to say, beside let's colliding the blockbuster anime between the years in a battle, start right now!

Actually, I just realized that Theory probably can't even dodge Chisato's bullets, so I don't think the match can be done.
 
Mikey did fight against someone with Analytical Prediction and won at the end just because of attack potency and durability advantage.

yeah i tought it was strange, this is not excatly what i imagined

so Mikey just outlasted him, not countered his predictions,

meaning the argument against her analytical prediction is not counted

Yeah there's better argument for when Miey fought a guy who could literally see the future by stat amping.

Here Mikey can't do that if the enemy has guns

Due of her Analytical Prediction, sure she will block but only few, beside that she's going stay away from him and do her what she's best to: ranged gameplan
The thing you mentioned is just an outlasting rather than countering the analytical prediction so sadly it can't be counted
